1.Nature of Organization BMFI is a non-profit, non-governmental organization working for the welfare, rights, dignity, and protection of Bank Mitras. Membership or association with BMFI is voluntary. 2.Membership Membership does not constitute employment, partnership, or any financial obligation from BMFI. No salary, remuneration, or government benefit is guaranteed. 3.Use of Name and Platform Members shall not misuse the name, logo, or platform of BMFI for personal, political, commercial, or unlawful activities. 4.Code of Conduct Members are expected to maintain discipline, honesty, and respect the objectives, rules, and lawful directions of BMFI. 5.Lawful Activities Only All actions taken under the name of BMFI must strictly comply with Indian laws. BMFI does not support unlawful protests, violence, or misinformation. 6.Termination of Membership BMFI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without prior notice in case of misconduct, misuse, or violation of terms. 7.Limitation of Responsibility BMFI acts as a representative and awareness platform and shall not be held legally or financially responsible for individual actions taken by members.
